  1. Very effective and the quilting is simple but looks very appropriate for the design. Well done.
What technique did you use ? Did you base it on a particular pattern/book or well known quilter ?

I can't quite believe she's producing lovely quilts when I consider those first few classes...

  3. This was was with some help - was a TAD like a puzzle. However, she continues to go home, work on the quilts secretelly, and when they are all done she shows them to me. Usually there is ONE thing off on all of them... Kind of, sort or, a TAG Manuelaºs way.

  4. Celia, as for the quilting, it was done by Dna. Manuela - she just purchased a long-arm machine as is still in TESTING mode, so the quilting has to be simple.

As for the patter... The idea came from MY SONºS 11th grade MATH book cover having these designs, and I decided that it would be a good idea to do a quilt with the same design. then checked out the internet and ended up purchasing an on-line downloadable pattern from www.kathrynquilts.com the pattern is y?Why Not! I since found the pattern done in dif. ways in books, but I ended up using this pattern. Unfortunatelly my son picked these colors would have looked awesome in batiks I think.
