kit Australiano (
Hatched and patched). Esgotamos os primeiros livros que recebemos mas receberemos mais dentro de breve. Quanto aos
kits/moldes ainda temos alguns. //
It did`t take long to embroider these three little angels. They are from an Australian kit (Hatched and patched). We ran out of the books but will be receiving more soon. With regard to the kits/patterns, we still have some in stock.

Patchwork... Os temos livres
são passados a unir trapinhos. Este trabalho, por
exemplo, tem 360 tecidos diferentes. Foi feito com o
disappearing nine-
patch... Coseu 9
pedaços de tecido (3x3) depois cortou ao meio tanto atravessado como ao
comprimento para ficar com 4 ´quadrados´ (neste caso
retangulos) depois uniu todos novamente para fazer este efeito. //
Dna. Manuela was bitten by the patchwork bug... Her free time is spent sewing together bits of fabric. This work for example has 360 dif. fabrics. It was made using the disappearing nine-patch method... She sewed 9 pieces of fabris (3x3) then she cut down the middle withwise and lenghtwise so that she ended up with 4 squares (in this case, rectangles). Then she sewed them all up again to form this effect.

Não tenho muito tempo livro. O
patchwork até foi
rápido, o que me levou mais tempo foi o
appliquè (não gosto muito de fazer
appliquè). //
This rabbit is part of a piece Iºve been working on for years... Don´t have much free time. That patchwork was rather quick, what took long to finish was the applique )I donºt really like to do applique).

Ineternacional de Artesanato na
Expo Lisboa) na qual mais uma vez vamos participar. Aproveito para agradecer as senhoras que nos visitaram o ano passado em
continuam a nos acompanhar... // Here is a picture of the BAD HARE DAY quilt... All that is missing is ONE little lilac square so it can be sandwitched and quilted. I would love to have it finished for the FIA (International artisans fair in the LISBON EXPO) in which we will participate again this year. I want to take this opportunity to thank all those that visited our stand last year and continue to follow our work.
